Now that I'm getting older, I'm more concerned about things like wrinkles and wrinkles. I wanted to stop it, but without botox (for now!) So today's video is about how to get rid of wrinkles from your forehead, using simple massage techniques that you can try at home.

Video: In today's video I will tell you how to avoid wrinkles while driving or in the car for anti aging. Most of your wrinkles are caused by the things you do everyday and this includes driving. And it doesn't matter if you are a driver or a passenger. You can stop anti-aging wrinkles now. Welcome and thank you for watching. As you get older wrinkles start to appear and like so many other things in life when they start others and others may follow. It's the same with gray or rusty hair on the car. It is quite secure and as the train breaks it seems impossible to stop as the process progresses. Spending time in the car is something we do a lot and there are things you can change that will prevent the wrinkles or slow down the formation of the inevitable wrinkles. Tip 1 to prevent wrinkles is very easy, wearing sunglasses. Wearing sunglasses will help prevent eye contact. Repeated eye peeling causes creases on the skin that cause wrinkles over time. If you don't want to wear sunglasses, consider other ways to protect your eyes and avoid stunts such as wearing a hat or lid on the inside of the car.
The next 2 tips will help to prevent wrinkles. Whenever you drive and need support most of us turn heads. This repetitive movement causes the neck to become wrinkled which results in wrinkles and folds. Passengers also turn their necks when they look at the site and see things like driving a car. To help prevent contact with the neck you rotate your head with your shoulders by turning on the trunk and non-neck hips. Another anti-aging tip involves the use of mobile phones. Drivers and passengers always look down at their phones.
Holding your head in this position and looking back and forth again stimulates your neck. To stop fraudulent passengers should keep your cellphone at a higher level, keeping their head firmly in place that will reduce the wrinkles on your neck. And drivers can place their handsets inside the handles designed to keep your phone at eye level that will keep your head steady and on the road that will help you and your passengers be safer. And talking about my cellphone recently did a video on how they cause wrinkles and affect the lifespan you can click on just a few seconds at the end of this video.
