Green Tea Weight Loss Benefits

Like most people, I could lose a few pounds. I do my best in terms of diet and exercise, like trying to make healthy food choices whenever possible and jogging or doing other cardio exercises at least 5 times a week, but that doesn't seem to be enough to get rid of some of my belly fat. After doing a bit of reading about the green tea's weight loss properties, I've decided to take these drinks into my daily routine to see if I can finally find the missing element.
Some people are already aware of the many benefits of green tea weight loss, but some aren't. After all, if everyone knew how much this refreshing beverage could help in a seemingly endless quest to shed pounds, then we might see a change in the sales figures in the beverage industry. Forget the diet of soda and tea cooked with sugar; people will ride the green tea weight train in fur!
One of the most important benefits of weight loss for green tea is that it helps you burn more fat. It contains a large amount of polyphenol, an antioxidant that has been shown to improve your health in many ways. For example, polyphenols are good for your skin and may prevent wrinkles. Polyphenols are also an important component for dissolving triglycerides, which are basically a chemical form of fat after they break in the body. In other words, you can help eliminate excess fat and may even lower cholesterol by simply drinking refreshing drinks.
People who have tried the green tea weight loss diet also report that they often have more energy after drinking these drinks, which helps them exercise longer and, in turn, improve their metabolism. I know that even though I eat right, I sometimes don't have enough energy to go through that day. I become damp in the late afternoon, which can lead to poor exercise. Or, if things were really bad, I might skip my workout and just go home after work. Therefore, I can definitely benefit from the extra energy this drink can provide. And no, the stimulus does not come from caffeine alone. Those who are familiar with the weight loss properties of green tea seem to think that jolts come mainly from catechin polyphenols in drinks.
However, I was excited to start the green tea weight loss program I read. I like the fact that I don't have to change my lifestyle or make any major sacrifices. I would replace one or two glasses of water (and maybe one of the Diet Cokes I drank all day) with this healthier alternative and see where it got me. Hopefully this will be the breakthrough I'm looking for!
