Baking Soda For Acne

Many people are curious about the effect of baking soda on acne. Well, then it's time to end the debate. Yes, it's an effective acne treatment. And what I'm saying here is based on personal experience. Here is a home acne solution that uses baking soda.
Masks
Baking acne treatment soda is quite basic but it produces excellent results. Most people combine powders with water to make pasta. The paste paste is then applied to the skin for fifteen minutes. This makes the skin look fresh and removes dirt. This should be done before bed, about four times a week. As with most home acne solutions, remember to wash your face before application. Remember that rubbing your face with towels is not recommended. Preferably, drying should be done by patting or removing the towel in advance.
Place Treatment
Now this method of baking soda treatment is quite similar to the first one. However, all you have to do is put a paste on the acne itself. It can be left overnight and released in the morning. You will find that baking soda has the ability to dry out acne skin to get rid of trapped oil. Again, a clean towel is needed for drying.
Use baking soda for scars
Some people say that baking soda can reduce the amount of scars. Although I don't see this result in my case, some people swear by this method.
The first test
People with sensitive skin are not really recommended to use this treatment. If you want to check if baking soda works for you, then first apply the paste on the inside of your wrist. Wait a few minutes. If your skin starts to flush or itch, then skip the treatment altogether.
You can still try some treatments if this doesn't work for you. You may also want to try garlic, pumpkin or toothpaste. The last two can be used as face masks at least three times a week. They also doubled as the removal of scars so it was a win-win situation. Dentures are usually placed on acne directly.
Keep in mind that it takes time for this method to work. However, by sticking to one routine, you will be able to see if the method really works. Also, don't forget that you need to get a lot of exercise and eat healthy. This will definitely improve the health of your skin. Wash your face as often as possible.
