How To Defy The Aging Process And Come Out A Winner

We heard that we should "grow old gracefully", embrace our old age, and soar ahead. But for many, there is nothing beautiful about the folds and wrinkles, and the veil and the beard, and the skin on our shoulders. Yes, it comes slowly, eyes dim, our hearing becomes hard, and pain and pain prevent us from doing the things we normally do; no more, bones become fragile, and only one fall can destroy them all. Oh my, what a ugly and possibly exaggerated picture. So let's get to the truth of reality.
In fact, age is just a number. We are passionate about cultivating ourselves with fresh energy and openness to change. We can't do anything about the natural aging process, however, there are things we can do to keep looking and feeling our best. The body needs at least 8 hours of sleep at night for younger people to radiate. If you are feeling restless and unable to sleep, do not stay there and struggle or your anxiety will rise. Think of a relaxed mindset: picture yourself in a hot tub, or drift off to sleep, or concentrate on each relaxing muscle, starting with your toes working up to your head. By myself, I learned to enjoy my own nights, in the middle of the night. Email your friends, write down your thoughts, read the scriptures in the Bible and meditate on them.
Stop thinking about tomorrow's busy schedule and tomorrow's events. Sleepless nights are only a problem if you let them be. Once you stop fighting for sleep, you will find that sleep comes naturally.
