How to Avoid Sugary Wrinkles

Spending the rest of your life eating too much sugar can create wrinkles on your skin. In this article we will discuss how wrinkles are formed and how you can eat properly and maintain beautiful skin.
Glycation is to blame for forming wrinkles. It is a natural process whereby the sugar in your blood directly (non-enzymatic) binds to the protein to form a new dangerous molecule known as the Advanced Glycation End product (AGEs). Glycation can occur outside the body, and AGEs are usually formed when sugars are heated (cooked) with protein or fat, they are then swallowed and absorbed by the body.
Browning's reaction is evidence of pre-formed glycation, and sugars are added to products such as fries and bakes to enhance their appearance.
Many products contain AGEs such as those with significant eyeglasses, or with AGEs added directly as flavors or dyes. Some foods with very high exogenous AGE are Donuts, barbecue, cakes and dark colored soda, just to name a few.
The process of aging begins at the age of 35 and is increasing rapidly thereafter, according to a study published in the British Journal of Dermatology. Skin (and blood artery) aging occurs when AGEs hit collagen and Elastin-containing protein fibers that keep the skin (and the artery)

and elastic. After damage, collagen and durable collagen and elastin become dry and fragile, causing wrinkles and sagging.
Collagen in your skin contains three types of collagen type-I, collagen type-II, ANDCollagen type-III with type-III being the most stable and durable, another factor in how the skin is resistant to wrinkles. Glycation converts type III collagen to type I, which is more fragile which makes the skin look and feel softer.
Another powerful touch of AGE is that they deactivate your body's natural antioxidant enzymes, making you more vulnerable to sun damage.
Diabetics - who may have years of unhealthy high blood sugar - often show early signs of skin aging.
For damaged skin, there is a way to build a new collagen with a retinoid-containing product (Retinol). To maintain this new collagen, prevent AGEs from forming by taking steps to minimize sugar damage to your skin. Here are some tips for eating properly, fighting wrinkles and keeping your skin looking younger:
1 Use bee honey for sweetener to cut down on added sugar:

6- Put this food on your to-do list:
# Turkey contains useful proteins that slow down cross-linking, so it's a good idea to eat it at least two or three times a week, it's best to smoke.
# Beetroot: All purple foods like bees contain pigments called anthocyanins that help support the production of collagen on the skin.
# Chocolate: In a study conducted in Germany, it was found that after drinking cocoa, blood flow to the skin increased and therefore received higher levels of nutrients and moisture.
# Olive oil has been touted as one of the best natural anti-wrinkle ingredients to get rid of wrinkles.
# Tomatoes contain lycopene that prevents cancer and wrinkles.
Other vegetables, fruits are citrus, blueberries, spinach, broccoli, pineapple, mango, brown rice, cereals, kale and carrots.
Don't be fooled by the sugary sugars, but at the same time it can distort both your artery (hypertension) and your skin, let alone spin your waste line.
