Natural Wrinkle Remover - Nutrients to Eliminate Fine Lines

As most people know only well, facial wrinkles are lines that grow as one ages. They are usually caused by a combination of many factors, which may include repeated facial movements over many years, dryness, smoking, too much astringent, too much facial scrubbing, and, most importantly, non-sun exposure.
This is an incredible factor in aging - the change we bring to ourselves because of our lifestyle choices. Deep wrinkles are most frequent due to excessive chronic sun exposure. Deep wrinkles around the lips also develop with long-term smoking.
Intrinsic aging is a function of genetic inheritance and advanced age. As we get older, our skin loses small blood vessels, reducing the blood supply that nourishes it. Meanwhile, the oil and sweat glands produce less sebum and sweat. Some hair follicles shrink, leaving us with less hair. With time, the skin becomes thinner and loses some of its collagen, which is firm, supple, and able to withstand moisture. Oxidative damage (free radicals) causes the formation of insoluble collagen, which is not elastic and cannot absorb water well, and does not vomit. With loss of moisture, lines and shape of wrinkles. We don't usually find this change cosmetically pleasing.
Fortunately, there are many conventional and alternative ways to prevent and treat skin wrinkles.

The following oral supplements are recommended to protect against harmful oxidants and to slow the process of wrinkles:
Multivitamin complex and high mineral complex. Take this everyday.
The beta-carotene complex. Take 50,000 international units daily.
Vitamin C with bioflavonoids. Take 500 to 1,000 milligrams three times a day
Vitamin E. Take 400 to 800 international units a day Selenium. Take 100 to 200 micrograms a day. Consuming foods and supplements rich in vitamins A, C, and E is important, but the use of natural creams containing these vitamins, as well as the natural hormone dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) can be more effective. For example, using 10% topical vitamin-C products allows you to get about thirty times the level of vitamin C to the upper layer of wrinkled skin compared to taking vitamin C. The following topical antioxidant vitamins and creams are excellent for wrinkle treatment and prevention:
Ten-percent lotion of vitamin C. Use this daily. Be careful, because not all topical preparations of vitamin C are effective; vitamin C must be converted to a form of vitamin L-ascorbic acid. Cellex-C and C Scape Serums are two products that have been shown to produce significant reductions in the appearance of wrinkles with regular use.
E-five percent vitamin E cream. Use this everyday
Coenzyme Q10 cream (ubiquinone). Use this everyday. Studies have shown that these antioxidants can significantly reduce the depth of wrinkles after just one month of daily use.
DHEA cream. Use this everyday.
Herbs for wrinkles
Natural antiwrinkle cream works either as an antioxidant that damages free radicals or as an emollient that moisturizes and softens the skin and reduces wrinkles.
Topical preparations made from fruit acids, or alpha-hydroxy acids, have been successfully used to combat mild wrinkles. Glycolic acid is a commonly used fruit acid. You can also go straight to the source, using lemon, lime, papaya or pineapple skin to gently smooth your skin in the evening before bed. These fruits naturally contain alpha-hydroxy acid that removes dead skin cells, exposing new skin cells beneath them.
Herbs such as calendula, fennel, horse tails, and licorice are added to skin care preparations, as they stimulate skin cells and make the skin look younger.
Carrots, horse chestnuts, and rosemary are antioxidants that can be added to topical preparations to help reduce fine wrinkles.
Cocoa butter is a major emollient used in antiwrinkle skin lotions and cosmetics, especially for dry skin, wrinkles around the eyes, mouth, and neck.
Coconut, almonds, avocado, and olive oils are other emollients that can help reduce wrinkles.
Many cosmetics contain a combination of vitamins and herbal products. Provitamin B5, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin A, glycolic acid, alfahhydroxy acid, beta-hydroxy acid and papaya are now included in many different types of cleansers, toners, moisturizers, sunscreen, and cosmetics.
