Bad Old Habits That Affect Your Skin, And How To Remedy Them Now

You've decided it's time to make graceful aging a priority. Smoking

If you were a smoker a few years or even a decade ago, you might notice the effect on your skin. Smoking promotes the opposite of graceful aging - it causes you to grow dramatically faster, pick up your skin once and make it wrinkly, rough and cross with fine lines. If you've been kicking a habit, it's good for you; now it's time to get your skin looking healthy again.
