Supplements and specialty skin products are also recommended, but not necessary.
In this diet, wild salmon should be eaten at least once a day. This is because it contains high levels of antioxidant DMAE which is said to have the same effect on your skin as botox. DMAE also increases the amount of acetylcholine that improves your muscle function and its ability to contract. Raw fruits and vegetables, nuts, oats, and fruits are the best sources of antioxidants because cooking often destroys them. For many, foods like chicken and brown rice can be added to your diet.
What you cannot eat is any processed food or is not part of a low glycemic index diet. This means that starch like white bread and sweet sugar, complex carbohydrates like sweet. Other foods on the food list include potatoes, margarine, sauces, and oily foods such as fries and hamburgers. For drinks, soft drinks, caffeine, and whole milk are also eliminated.
