6 Tips to Prevent Sleep Wrinkles

But do you know that there is something really simple you can do to prevent wrinkles and it has something to do with your sleeping position.
According to the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), sleeping in several post-night positions leads to sleep apnea - these are wrinkles that become infused to the skin surface and do not disappear once you return.
Sleeping in a certain position, especially in your stomach can cause wrinkles more clearly. For example, sleeping next to you increases the wrinkles on your cheeks and chin, while the sleeping face gives you a wrinkled forehead.
You can stop the formation of these wrinkles by sleeping behind you and incorporating the following into your sleep routine:
1. Differentiate the Sleep Position
There is no argument that the best way to prevent wrinkles is to sleep in the back, but sometimes it's not easy to do. To help you with your sleeping habits you try to put pillows around your shoulders. You can also use a pillow under your knees to take any pressure off your back.
2. Quality pillows
Avoid sleeping on cotton cushions as they will push your skin into pillow folds that lead to creases (wrinkles) on your face.
3. Hair cushions
The pillow is soft and soft and lets your face melt on the pillow.
4. Sleep pillows
These pillows help to improve the quality of your sleep, allowing you to sleep next to you while taking pressure off your cover.
5. Satin scarf
It helps to reduce sleep wrinkles. Satin pillow covers help keep your skin flat by allowing your face to slide over the pillow to minimize skin wrinkles, rather than allowing it to fold in the way of a pillowcase.
6. Apply Vaseline To Face
Vaseline is great for keeping your skin hydrated and locks in moisture, applying at night to help your skin smooth.
