    Hey Leda looking georgeous . I have bamboo powder I havent used I usually purchase bamboo extract its white but this powder is like tannish and its thicker is it the same as bamboo extract, the extract grows my nails and hair but this powder doesn't seem like the extract,

    Regarding the derma roller, you can use the 0.25 mm everyday and the 0.5 mm is suggested once a month working up to once a week.
