1 Clear Sugar: If your diet is made up of sugars, it may be time to lose it. The main reason is that sugar destroys collagen that helps make your skin flexible and strong. Without collagen, your skin becomes weak.
2 Turn to Natural, Organic Foods: Your skin needs vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and proteins. Nothing gives you better food than natural, organic foods. Fruits and vegetables are a good start, but if you don't eat meat, you need to find a substitute to get your protein. Peanuts are a good alternative, as they are rich in protein, vitamins and minerals. For your skin to build up elastin and collagen, it needs a good amount of protein.
3 Eat Chocolate: Don't get too excited, I don't mean your favorite chocolate bar. I mean dark chocolate with little, no sugar. Good sources are cocoa; it contains two plant chemicals, catechin and epicatechin. Both of these chemicals help protect the skin from UV damage from the sun.
4 Peel, Peel, Peel: To restore your skin, you need to remove dead skin cells. The peel removes dead skin cells that clog your skin, leaving your skin looking fresh and healthy. Try using organic skin care products, they are gentle on the skin and will not cause irritation.
5 Moisturize Daily: You need to keep your skin healthy and fresh, so you need to moisturize almost daily. But you do not want to use products that contain parabens, phthalates and petroleum. These types of chemicals can choke, irritate and harm your skin. You will want to use an organic skin care product.
6 Take Many Vitamin C: In order for your skin to maintain its structure and build up collagen, it needs sufficient vitamin C. In fact, studies show that topical vitamin C actually reduces the aging line on your face. One study showed that participants who used topical vitamin C had an 84% higher satisfaction rate than the control group.
7 Apply Avocado Mask: Avocado oil helps your skin absorb essential nutrients to maintain, and strengthen it. It's an easy-to-make mask; all you need is an avocado. Remove the holes and seal them and apply them to your face. Let stand for 10 minutes and rinse with warm water. Be careful when applying around the eyes, you do not want to irritate your eyes by getting some in them.
8 Try Cucumber Masks: Cucumber masks are a mixture of cucumbers and yogurt. Cold cucumber cools and soothes your skin, while yogurt moisturizes it. To do this, all you have to do is mix the cucumber and yogurt and gently apply it to your face and neck and let it sit for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
9 Egg White Mask: Egg white is loaded with nutrients. They contain proteins that help repair tissue, potassium that hydrates the skin, and magnesium that help stimulate skin cells. To make the egg white mask, simply whip one white and add one teaspoon of organic orange juice. You can also add a teaspoon of turmeric tea to soothe your skin.
10 Raw Masks and Yogurt: Yogurt is a lactic acid that will help to heal the skin. Honey helps hydrate and cleans the skin of bacteria. To make a mask, use one tablespoon each and mix together. Apply on your face and neck and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then rinse with warm water.
11 Use Coconut Oil: Coconut oil is a perfect moisturizer and can add a lot of brightness and light to your skin. It works best when used right under your eyes. All you have to do is rub a little on your finger and apply it under and into your eyes. Make sure you are careful, you can get in the way if you get it.

ReplyDeleteThe only person featured in this video is someone over 50.....maybe even 60. Young people seldom have wrinkles. Yet, that’s practically the only ones you have in your video. The aged, wrinkled and saggy models had far worse wrinkles than the average 50+ woman. They should’ve taken better care of their skin by : 1. Staying out of the sun. 2. Moisturized their skin. 3. Eat healthy, “clean” food. 4. Not smoking. 5. Reduce or eliminate alcohol. Your recommendations are excellent. However, many young people don’t take care of their skin UNTIL they see wrinkles and sagging skin. By then, the damage is already done. Parents should teach their children how to take care of their skin just like they teach them how to brush their teeth, brush/comb their hair, make wise food choices, how to exercise.....at a very young age......I’m talking grade school age. Show your kids photos of people who didn’t take care of their skin as they aged.....maybe grandparents or aunts and uncles. Do they want to look like that when they are grown ups? Boys should be taught skin care just as much as girls. Wrinkles do not discriminate. Men should be taking care of their skin and teach their sons it’s an important part of staying healthy. A REAL man will teach their sons how to be a REAL man.

Too many women struggling to be thin and it pre-ages them. Having some fat on the body keeps you a bit curvy and feminine looking.
