    The Cien body lotion is one of the best I've ever used. It contains avocado oil amongst its ingredients, absorbs well and doesn't need reapplying until after the next bath or shower. At £1.29 for a 500ml bottle it's an unbeatable price too! They do a body milk which I haven't tried but should imagine this to be a lot lighter for if you don't need such an intense moisturiser for your body.

    Cien Q10 IS PEOPLEEEEEEE!!!!! :D

    Light factor 4 basically means your face will glow in the dark.

    I have the Cien night cream, works like a dream ;) But the smell I think is a bit too strong; somewhere between Nivea and laundry detergent. The Cien deo spray is great too. Nice video :)
