    जो लोग Army join करने के लिए Running or Workout करते हैं उनकी diet plan क्या होना चाहिए जिससे शरीर का stamina अच्छा बना रहे और शरीर में कमजोरी महसूस न हो और अच्छे से मेहनत कर सकें
    और पिंडलियों मैं आगे हड्डी में और पीछे मसल्स मैं होने बाले दर्द का भी उपाय बतायें
