Returning for a New Treatment! - Plasmage for the Eye Area (Non-surgical Blepharoplasty)
One of the 'lovelies' we're back at TLC for another treatment. Today Dr Euan Mackinnon (with a little help from Dr Sarah Tonks and Dr Kishan ๐) does a full face rejuvenation with a strong focus on the eye area using Plasmage treatment. Learn what it feels like to have a treatment like blepharoplasty without surgery and what kind of downtime you can see if you go for something a little more intensive like this.

ReplyDeleteWhat was the injectable skin improvement product that was used under eye?
Hi Sarah, would love you to film a series of appointments with someone like myself who financially goes every month/bimonthly for financial reasons. For example I will go for a vial of Voluma/Lyft split between cheeks, half a ml for lips, then 2 months later a vial of Radiesse for chin. Then back in a few months for some botox, a softer vial in my tear trough. Basically the financial reality many of your viewers will be in. This is the way I started and resultantly, each area wears down at a different rare. I know it would take a while to compile, but I would love to see your approach to this and imagine you do treat a certain demographic with 1-2 vials when affordable across a year. Yearly I have about 6 vials a year and I am 39 very soon.

She looks older in the After photos - especially under her eyes.
ReplyDeleteCould you explain why voluma is placed on the alar base? Doesn’t it just look like a big bump under the nose?
ReplyDeleteI'm 50, and had a plasmage treatment (sometimes called fibroblast treatment) earlier this year on my upper and lower eyes and my crows feet. It did nothing for the crows feet, made a minor improvement to my lower eyes, and a major improvement to my upper eyes. My eyelid is much tighter and less saggy, and generally looks much more youthful. On balance I'm happy with the result. The down time was a complete pain though - around 5 days, my eye area was so swollen it had to be iced regularly and I couldn't go out without sunglasses for 2/3 of those days. It took around 3-4 weeks to see the full effect, and I'm hoping it lasts at least a year or two.
