I haven't had any treatments or used any anti aging products of any type and i look at least a decade younger than you and we are the same age lol!

ReplyDeleteI think it is worth noting that the hormone replacement therapy you went on a few years ago could also have had significant effect on your skin, in particular collagen production and utilization. Beauty anti-aging behaviors are most always going to be a myriad of things for most people, so it will usually really hard to say if one particular thing has made a difference. The irony is that the hrt was not initiated for beauty reasons, but it can have a marked effect on our skin.

ReplyDeleteWhat worries me is after watching a program called Stink! on Netflix about all the chemicals in daily stuff like cream, deodorant, hair dye and even Johnsons baby products i wonder what is in this cream. Companies don't have to list all the ingredients and where it says fragrance can be up to 100 chemicals in that alone! shocking!! Once these chemicals are in your blood you pass them onto your baby which is very sad. I like to buy paraben-free stuff like Herbal Essence shampoo and conditioner and Tk Maxx supplies paraben free moisturizer.
