Cellulite
Cellulite can be a painful sight for women, and can have a significant impact on their self-esteem. It is a reactive effect on the outer layer of skin that looks wrinkled. They usually appear in areas of the body where excess fat is stored. However, there is hope for all the women out there who are frustrating the swimwear season is fast approaching. Here we discuss some tips and treatments out there to help you stay away from this dreadful sight.
Why You Get Cellulite and Where It Tends to Show
You may be surprised, but just because you have cellulite does not mean you have excess weight. Actually no woman survived cellulite. It tends to show most women in the thigh area, and back. Other women tend to have it in the upper arm, or in the stomach, especially after delivery. Although cellulite is not visible to the naked eye, if you grab most of the thighs and pull them together, you can see traces of cellulite hiding under the skin. As you get older, you are more prone to cellulite, this is due to the fact that as we age, our amount of collagen is depleted, and our skin becomes less elastic. This is the same reason why we get wrinkles when we are older.
What Causes Cellulite
Cellulose is caused by fat cells located under our skin, in layers referred to as subcutaneous. There are many determinants of why women get cellulite, but there is no theory beyond the limits. Some of the common determinants are age, weight, skin type, skin thickness, and gender. The amount of collagen produced by your body naturally plays a huge role. Your diet can be an obvious reason, because cellulite is a fat that tends to be difficult for the body to clean. Women also tend to store fat in some areas of their body, which may be linked to reproduction. The effect of this fat tissue is that it is pushed against the skin which makes the skin look oily.
Cures Cellulite
Cellulite is one of the most difficult things to get rid of, and some doctors say it's not possible. However, there are several methods that are tested to reduce the effects and appearance of cellulite.
Treatment # 1 - Cream
Cream is a great way to keep your skin youthful and moisturized. So they'll have cellulite effects. Now you won't get rid of cellulite, but creams and lotions tend to make cellulite look worse. The great thing about creams and lotions is that you don't have to undergo surgery to see the effects. There are no awesome creams out there, and if they claim to get rid of cellulite, they are lying.
Treatment # 2 - Body Wraps
Body wrap is a great option if you are trying to avoid undergoing surgery. They are offered in many spas and health shops. Wraps help to soothe your problem areas, eliminating excess body water. Connecting to body wraps is a very temporary outcome, so you will lose the effect after a few hours.
Treatment # 3 - Diet and Exercise
This may be the best thing you can do or let your cellphone go. By eating and exercising, you will reduce your body fat and tone so that you can enjoy the long term benefits without cellulite. No surgery, just the pain of cutting out some of your favorite foods.
Treatment # 4 - Massage
Massage is a great method, as it can help reduce stress and muscle problems, as well as eliminate problematic cellulite. However, you will not get rid of cellulite, just massage it by adding volume to your skin.
Treatment # 5 - Endermologie Lipomassage
These are mechanical devices used to massage your problem areas. It's more effective then your average order, but more expensive.
Treatment # 6 - Laser Treatment
Laser treatment is like many massage methods before. However, it works at the cellular level, meaning it is more effective for cellulite treatment, rather than hiding cellulite. It's basically a laser sequence.
Treatment # 7 - Liposuction
Liposuction can be used for a variety of reasons. It is also effective for problems with cellulite. The problem with liposuction is that it's a surgery, so your recovery is something to keep in mind. Liposuction is when deeper fat is injected out of the body. It is especially useful for cellulite if you are overweight.
Treatment # 8 - Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy is not a surgery, but it is painful and expensive. Just like botox it is a chemical injected directly into cellulite. It has an effect, but you must save it.
Treatment # 9 - Lipodissolve
Lipodissolve is a mixture between liposuction and mesotherapy. Essentially fat is injected deeper and chemicals have a soluble effect on fat. However, it is not used for cellulite directly.
Treatment # 10 - Velasmooth
Velasmooth is a combination of light, sound and massage techniques, used to enhance your skin's elasticity, and to stimulate cellulite to make fat cells deeper into tissues. Obviously, this doesn't get rid of fat, but it does hide it.
At this point, you may be aware of the trend with cellulite. It's very difficult to get rid of her. But don't be discouraged; try some of these medicines and you should be fine to work for you.
