How to Remove Eye Wrinkles and Crows Feet in Photoshop
I guarantee I can teach you how to master Photoshop. Learn how to:
How to Remove Horse Dryer and Footwear in Photoshop
Eyelashes tell us that you smile a lot, and that's a good thing. With time, eye wrinkles can become clearer, creating shadows around the eyes.
Learn how to eliminate eyelashes naturally and smoothly, making your subject look fresh and great.
Brush Healing and Fade Order
The key to eliminating eye wrinkles is to leave some creases on the skin, making the transition more realistic. Wrinkles come naturally with age, and removing them completely can seem odd, especially to older adults.
First, use a healing brush to paint the wrinkles. Make sure to paint in a new layer and select & # 39; sample: current and under & # 39; from the selection of healing brushes. Skin samples are close to wrinkles by holding ALT / OPTN, then paint wrinkles. Use a soft-braided brush twice the size as a wrinkle.
After drawing on the wrinkles, it disappears completely. In most cases, you will want to reduce the wrinkles, rather than removing them completely. This is where the 'fading' command comes from. Come in.
Navigate to Edit - Fade ... or press SHIFT + CMD + F. This will allow you to 'fade' & # 39; the last command you made in Photoshop, and, in this case, it will be used to fade the healing brush stroke.
Choose the right opacity for each wrinkle; you may want some to be more real than others.
Repeat these steps on each eyelash and you'll soon have a free wrinkle photo!

ReplyDeleteThanks so much for this video. Really easy to get a great looking photo this way.
ReplyDeleteWow!!
ReplyDeleteGreat video, exactly what I was looking for and your teaching style is easy to follow .. great job as always!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your tips!!
ReplyDeletecool video !
ReplyDeleteGlad I found this tutorial. But... that Edit/Fade Healing Brush never worked for me. Nothing happens. I'm on Mac Photoshop CC 2018. So instead, I had to adjust the opacity on that healing brush layer. Looks to be same result as that non-functional healing brush fade.
ReplyDeleteNice but what about the shadows... think also the photo is ezy wrinkles...they not too close to each other
ReplyDeleteYou are the best Aaron! Thank you!
ReplyDeletesuperb !!! better than Clone + Lighten !! more control ! Thank youuu Aaron !!!
ReplyDeleteSuch a great video.
ReplyDeleteWhy when I use the healer tool I get strange colorpattern on the face? It gets dark or red strange colors that looks like texture. Very strange. Frustating when photoshop start do stupid stuff like this while you trying to use in the correct way.
ReplyDeleteYou are the best . Easy to learn from you
ReplyDeleteWhat are your brush settings?
ReplyDeletemy photo has a larger wrinkle / crease and the healing brush is not working that great for it
ReplyDeleteGreat tutorial, as always! Have a nice weekend, my friend. Best regards from Athens, Greece.
ReplyDeleteFantastic! Thank you very much!!
ReplyDeleteAnybody have an issue with the Fade function? I've followed Aaron's steps, but Fade isn't working.
ReplyDeleteHey Aaron - great advice as ever.
ReplyDeleteWould you suggest the same technique for removing wrinkles from clothing, (I shoot a lot of historical outfits and corsetry for example), or is there a slightly faster method for larger areas of wrinkles on non-skin subjects? (Since we are so good at noticing when skin looks fake, as you point out).
Thanks!
Great tutorial, BUT what if there's a lot of discoloration there too? When I use the healing brush tool it just copies the skin from the starting point, and sometimes it copies some of the wrinkles too and ends up with a different color; It doesn't look nowhere near as perfect as your work... It looks like discontinued copied and pasted images, not smooth at all and in different colors.
ReplyDeleteyou're a great teacher! keep on phlearning us! :D
ReplyDeleteHi Aaron,
ReplyDeleteMy name is Angelina and I´m writing you from Germany, so please excuse my English. ;)
So you asked for some ideas... Well I have an idea for an episode as follows. :)
How can I create this faded/vintage look? Please see link down below.

I´m loving this look but have no ideas how to edit. ;( I would be very happy you could show us how easy to get edited this look like that. :D
Thanks a lot and nice greetings from Germany!!
I used your method the other day. Easy to do and worked like a charm. Highly recommended. Aaron, all your videos are great, BTW. Used bend if for the first time yesterday after watching your video on that and accomplished exactly what I wanted to do. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteis there an out-of-place contact in her R eye or is it a phenomenon of light?
ReplyDeletethe sound quality of this video is so good :3
ReplyDeleteAaron ! I love to listen to your tutorials ! If everyone could explain this way .... Anyhow, Thanks for your great videos !
ReplyDeleteI just had a (German) ad for some kind of make up about a model whose acne nearly made her lose her job. Either that was just a coincidence or a really smart placement of that ad...
ReplyDeletewhat Macbook are you using? it runs amazingly fast
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot AARON!!!
ReplyDeletePersonnally I find the microphone is distracting
ReplyDeleteWhat if I want to make her a little less old
ReplyDeleteI'm not using Mac book,so where can I find that fade healing brush under edit or other method?
ReplyDeleteVery helpful Aaron!!
ReplyDeleteUnless a feature is temporary (pimple or scratches), I don't remove anything.
ReplyDeleteI duplicate the BG layer and on the new layer I use the healing brush to remove all wrinkles. I then go to the channels palette and make a selection of the red copy, go back to the duplicated layer and place a mask on the layer. The red channel make a perfect mask and fades away 75% of the wrinkles but doesn't look fake.
ReplyDeleteGreat tutorial, very clear and useful and moves along quickly. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteBrilliant
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tutorial I didn't know that was there. I tried all different things and my grand mother looked like she was 20 yrs old
