Hi Peta thank you for series 1-6. Your exercises have improved my looks! After series 6 do I have to join the gym? I don't have much time to do these exercises and am not sure I will actually use the gym but I don't want to stop the exercises once I have completed series 6. Where do I go from here? Thank you again.

ReplyDeleteJust tried this laying down and it does make sense! You can feel it and I tried the other exercise by putting your finger between your eyes and the other two between and lift . Can you do this laying down as well? Thanks

Hi I'm interested in trying the Ecercise Along with Me series. But before starting, I have few queries.
ReplyDelete1)What is the approximate time needed to complete 1 exercise daily? Is 1-2 hour sufficient? I'm afraid if I cant give full commitment.
2) Do I have to do this exercise for lifelong period? Will my face become more wrinkled once I stop doing the exercise?

I was wondering: 🤔
1) Would you say I should do facerobics to help my situation?
2) If so, what would you reccomend?
3) And, how often?
I think that me looking masculine is due to my long philtrum (as normally that's something women get as they age, not early) and my very masculine jaw line. Often, I either get mistaken as a boy or people don't know whether I'm a boy or girl. 🙃
Edit: Also, I think you aged very gracefully. 😊
