  1. So if I came into your office as a dark skinned woman u would advice me to not go for a laser option? My static under eye wrinkles are very deep n I’m young (19 Y/o) I need a procedure that will drastically improve my eyes. Is the alternative you mentioned just as good as the laser option? 👉👈

  4. Dr Prasad,

I got lower eyelid transconjunctival blepharoplasty a year ago, however I still look like i am dead tired. I have a heavy dark circle and it wont go away. I also added boletero filler for my dark circles, but I could still see a dark circle. Would PRP help with this?

  7. Dear Dr. Prasad,

Thank you for the very informative content. I am contemplating lower blepharoplasty. I am 36 years old and I have under eye bags that fold significantly when I smile and under eye wrinkles. I have consulted a general plastic surgeon who said he would perform a transcutaneous blepharoplasty with fat repositioning and canthopexy. He said I have skin laxity thus the external approach is better. He also said this would change slightly the shape of my eyes and that the eyes get bigger after blepharoplasty. (My eyes are already large and I do not want them to get any rounder). I have also consulted an oculoplastic surgeon who told me he would do a transconjuctival blepharoplasty and that my eyes do not allow for any skin removal since they are already large and round. Please help me to decide on what is best. On the one hand I want to make sure there is no eye retraction, but on the other hand I do want to address the under eye wrinkles. I live in an area where fractional laser is not readily found unfortunately. Which method should I choose?
