Yoga For Eye | How to reduce under eye bags

Yoga And exercise are very important and necessary to our face And our eyes. The eyes are a very sensitive part of the body so it's important to look after them.
I have a huge yoga fan, I've been doing it for years and it really helps me look and feel younger. For the past few months, I've been receiving a lot of questions from my audience about yoga because of the swollen eyes and I think I can make a video for yoga that stands out under the eye bag. So today, I'm going to show you some of the simple but effective yoga I have done over the years that has made me look young and helped me get rid of swollen and anxious eyes. Well I might look funny while doing this, but trust me the humor and beauty part! So you'll love it in the long run!
The benefits of yoga for under eyes
If you have tried face yoga, you know that in yoga there are many stretches. And the stretch effectively relieves the strained muscles and tired nerves. This stretch promotes circulation and distribution of blood, oxygen, and other vital nutrients in and around the normal and healthy eye area. It relieves the pressure at which the fluid is trapped and fails to distribute properly.
When essential nutrients reach the nerves and skin cells under your eyes, the nerves and skin repair process begin. These essential nutrients act as fuel for cell regeneration: capillary injury is restored, and damaged cells are renewed.

Exercise 1
Start with a gentle recording with the index finger in a circular motion. This helps to improve circulation in this area. It also helps in transporting fresh oxygen and nutrients and helps in getting rid of toxins. This is a great face yoga technique that will help you get smoother skin and reduce it under the eye bag.
Make sure you do not wrinkle your forehead during this exercise.
Exercise 2
Look straight
Open your mouth and shape it
Move your forehead as you look towards the ceiling
Hold this position for a few seconds
This pose promotes blood circulation to your face and expands the skin under the eyes.
Exercise 3
Let's put the middle finger in the nose
Then place both of your index fingers on the outer edge of your eye
Now look towards the ceiling and half lick them
Hold this position for 2 to 3 seconds and then relax

  8. Uma di mra age 25 hai pr etna jada dark carcal hai .sare under eye cream try karke dekha dr tritment bhi kiya pr koi fyda nhi hua so plz ap kuch mujhe batao jse jald se jald thik ho jaiye.

  14. I had stuck energy below the natural eye bag area, that doesn´t move. I have tried the face yoga for a while and lymphatic massage in the face and neck. It still doesnt move. It is like small bags below the natural under eye" bag" area. Very uncomfortable.. I am totally healthy otherwise. I am a reiki healer and I also do reiki to relief it. It helps a little bit but not all the way. I do not drink any alcohol and drink a lot of clean water... Stuck <3 <3 <3
