I had to play? this video? A few times? to figure out what was mumbled about "spruce extract." AND I BOUGHT THE PRODUCT, hoping to learn more about the line, but I am confused

1. How can this be? Spruce is very common, so common that a very great number of North American homes are framed with it. We also make paper out of it. Lots and lots of paper.
2. If you are indeed harvesting a truly rare plant ingredient, isn't that a tad unethical?
3. Could you please tell us more about spruce extract in non-mythical terms? Place the bs in the side. You can play with it later.
Apparently it is a vitamin-C derivative. I would be much more interested in hearing about that. No joke! There's a good story there, I think.
4. Fire your copy writers. Immediately. I'm sure this actress is a fine human, but no one can naturally speak those words.
Too advertising video. It would be better to see or ad or a much less glossy review. Because, at first I wanted to try this range very much, but now, after watching this glossy, not real, review, I have a feeling that Caudalie is not sure in its new product and is trying to convince me it's great. That is strange. I always thought that Caudalie makes really good products, and can't understand why Caudalie is not sure in its new product so much O_O
