ReplyDeleteI'm glad I didn't see this in a theater. The sounds from the hallway and the other movies would have been a distraction the whole time.

ReplyDeleteDumbest movie premise ever. Here's an idea. Drop the toy and step away from it. Most easily defeatable aliens ever. Just make noise someplace else to distract them. The last thing you'd want to be is quiet. I'd be walking around with a sack full of toys like Santa. Waterfalls aren't the only noisy natural phenomena. Like near the ocean, or in an area with cicadas. Why is there a nail sticking up in the middle of a stair? There's no reason for it to be there at all. There are so many contrived plot devices just to try to make this film work.

ReplyDeleteI think I might be the only person who hated this film. I thought the parents were INCREDIBLY DUMB and irresponsible. They allowed their youngest child to trail behind. One parent should have lead the group while the other walked behind the children so they could be watched. Their youngest son didn't have to die. If there had been a a parent back there they would have seen the toy.
ReplyDeleteThen how irresponsible was it for mom and dad to get pregnant and bring MORE kids into the world?? Their baby will spend most of it's childhood locked away and drugged into sleep. That's NOT good parenting! I was hoping Honest Trailers would touch on the parents dumb logic but I guess not.

ReplyDeletecreatures limited in physical power to a 2k kilo limit, since they could not lift a tank or truck even. why not to ensnare them with goo high viscosity or trap with large chains. or u can create a echo sound illusion using simple lifehacks. sound going to resonate from walls and its going to be impossible to pinpoint the source. monsters would run around hitting air. easy
