    Hello. That thing you feel at the back of your throat when you are massaging the neck lymphatics is just normal post nasal drip. Not lymphatic fluid. :)

    Thanks for sharing. I’m a Massagetherapist and continuing/improving new skills.
    Best anti aging will always be: low stress level, do a job you really(!!!) like, no alc, no smoking, moderate sun bathing (SPF 30+ and maximum 200 minutes a day!), at least 2 litres of water or tea, 8 hours sleep, vegetables semi raw (not over cooked but not everything raw), strong connection to friends and family (very important for a long and healthy life!).

    Why the circles on cheeks are in the opposit directions?
    The circle on her left cheek is from inside to outside and the another circles on her right cheek are from outside to inside.
