How to Remove Wrinkles Around the Mouth, Eyes and Nose in a DIFFERENT Way

Dr Berg talks about how not to refresh your wrinkles. If you try to get rid of and eliminate wrinkles around the eyes, corners of your mouth and under your neck, you want to focus on fixing the inside of your body as the cream has little effect. If you have crow's feet (wrinkles in the eyes), wrinkles in the outer corners of the mouth or lines on the outside of the nose, the problem is the same, aging skin that must be rejuvenated from the inside. Most people focus on the "outside" approach, by adding cream to the skin and not focusing on the inside. Retinol is a key nutrient that helps the skin. I recommend doing egg yolk, butter and cod fish. Vitamin A is from the plant, but just be aware that it is a carotenoid that is pre-vitamin A and must be changed. But the benefits of incorporating animal foods and vitamin A plants will greatly help your skin. Eat kale, parsley and spinach.
I recommend using collagen peptides to provide raw materials for healthy skin. Brand Important proteins are grass fed and grassland grown - good brands.
You also want to avoid excess insulin, as insulin resistance can block vitamin A. So combines keto with intermittent fasting, which in turn activates atophagy (which is the process of recycling your cells, which can give you healthy skin). Also avoid as much pressure as possible (to reduce cortisol). Also if you are low in bile (removal of gall bladder, soft bile, fatty liver, etc.), taking purified bile salts can help. ReplyDeletei have some qouations hope you will answear if you see my coment it is good or bad thing if i start eating for breakfast at 13:00 8-10 bananas to get potassium ?,and than eating dinner (i started Keto diet) at 19:00 ?,and than i do intermittent fasting all night till tomorow at 13:00. ?,I do train like u said (not eating before and after workout because of insuline)so i train 3 times a week, i train at 00:00 to lose fat from my hips and gain muscles for my legs and glutes i do lifting heavy weights.(i do resting )can you tell me please if im doing somthing not corect hope you will see my coment Thank you Dr.Berg ur amaizing

ReplyDeleteI personally have applied this approach in a non direct way, and the results can be esthetically helpful, but the internal side of this alters your health tremendously..it takes time and it's a the process of a learning curve..

But on my handy laminated list of foods containing high oxylates.. sourced from a major health site... it's PARSELY which is right at the top of the list, it's the NUMBER ONE bad guy.
