How Your Sleep Habits Are Causing Wrinkles

When people talk about needing "their beauty sleep", they envision the idea that getting lots of eyes every night helps eradicate or eliminate wrinkles before they happen. But what do you do when your break starts to abuse your skin? There are some bad sleeping habits that can actually increase the amount of wrinkles and fine lines you find on your face. What are these bad habits, and what can you do to prevent them from waking up every morning?
Bad Habit # 1: Don't wash your face before bed.

It doesn't seem like a big deal - you'll just wash it in the morning! But during the day, your skin accumulates dirt, bacteria and free radicals.
