you mentioned your oily moisture skin i tell you this is the best cream and inexpensive...neutrogena moisture oil free combination skin ... then i use Vichy normaderm lotion astringent purifying pore tightening.. this has helped clear pimples and blackheads then NeoStrata all in one eye serum all skin types wrinkles puffiness dark circles.. people have noticed a change .. amazzzzzing for the puffiness
ReplyDeleteBecause the cc cream is still tacky... instead of swiping your bronzer on... try patting it on until it's not tacky anymore. It wont look patchy that way

ReplyDeleteI just watched this video. I’m 38 and having a harder and harder time finding the “right” products for my skin. I used to be able to just use bare minerals powder with no problem, but as I’ve gotten older it looks too dry and cakey-even though my skin is still oily and pores are gigantic. Now I have age spots and fine lines to worry with too, and it’s frustrating! I’m going to try this combo. I like the It powder. I think I was using too much. I have the cc matte. I’m debating getting the regular, but I’ve heard the new foundation has better shade range. Thanks for doing these videos for mature skin. We want to look good too!

ReplyDeleteI like the effect of It cosmetics CC cream and BYe Bye Pores Powder , however, something in them make my skin break out, which it hasn’t done in many years and also I think it clogs my pores and gives me a lot of those nasty things- whiteheads!!! It’s really a shame, as I do like these products. I have used the It blush and shading/highlighter with no problems though. Angie, you always look gorgeous, and I enjoy all of your videos ☺️๐๐๐
ReplyDeleteI wish I could use the IT powder. I tried and tried but it made my eyes all red and sensitive. For the longest time I thought it was the mascara until I tried 10 or 20 with the same eye irritation results. It finally occurred to me that it was the powder. Once I stopped using the IT powder, I had plenty of mascaras that I could wear. Is there another powder you could recommend?

Im 48 and i suffer with hormonal acne as well and would love to hear how you cured yours, i have tried almost everything including all natural stuff as well cant get it to go away

ReplyDeleteThat is basically what I like to use, not a big fan of "too much" face products. I don't want to look cakey & I like looking natural. I'm married to a man younger than me so I want to look good but natural & I love what you did. Only thing is IT cosmetics is a big pricey for me. Great video!

ReplyDeleteThanks, Angie! I didn't have enlarged pores until I reached my 60's...It was such a surprise when they got so large on my cheeks. I fell & bruised my cheek on my nightstand & if I have a cold & coughing or wash that area too harshly it turns blue & red again. Weird! Anyway, I am hoping that this combo you use will cover the pores & the reoccurring red/blue veins on my right cheek. I hear laser therapy for the capillaries isn't cheap!

ReplyDeleteI love the It powder. It applies just like the Makeup Forever and NARS, but I think it is a little cheaper. It is amazing how it hides the pores. I love it!!

I enjoyed watching, but if I may make a friendly, and hopefully helpful suggestion: when applying your bronzer/contour, try sticking to just the natural shadow under your upper cheekbones, instead of going so far down your cheeks. When you go that far down, it can drag your entire face downward, whereas going a little higher and more angled will give your face's natural contours a lift. Also, trying stopping at the vertical midpoint of your cheeks, instead of going up and around the apples. It will also give your natural contours a lift. Just a couple of suggestions. Hope it helps.

ReplyDeleteI love all the details you have in your videos. I've been trying to figure out why my skin seems to peel sometimes after I apply my foundation. I have both chemical and mineral sunscreen. My foundation also has sunscreen. I'll have to check to see if it's chemical or mineral. Can't believe I never made that connection!
