Can you tell me how much of each should I have daily..I'm a 57 year old female
ReplyDeleteDr.Axe plz help the thousands of us that have damaged nerves in thr brain, from brain surgery, i had an arachnoid cysts, i take vit B all types, vit D, magnesium and a few more..but how can i come out of pain on the righside of my face and right eye, its 24hr pain, not onsets..we need help.we have been told natural will not help the nerves if they are damaged....plz give us some facts thag will help...thanks
