  1. I have a question hope someone will be able to answer it. This track appears as a bonus track on the album Introducing Wayne Shorter. But that album is Jimmy Cobb. They don't mention in the credits that this track is philly. It IS philly right? Not that I care. I love both. Mainly been digging Cobb though for multiple years. Damn I love the wynton kelly trio.

  2. Man, Lee Morgan's muted trumpet is brutal...RIP Lee, one of the best to ever do it...

  3. This an example of why I consider this time in jazz as my favorite. This swings as hard as anything can. Morgan and Kelly play just great solos. Just have great appreciation for their abilities, not to mention that Philly is my all around favorite drummer. Beautiful!

  4. 2 seconds into hearing this album I knew I was gonna buy it. Wynton's my favorite jazz pianist. His playing puts me in such a great mood. Paul Chambers is one of my favorite bassists.
