    I have been taking NMN now for about a month, and definitely recover faster after exercise . The only concern
    I have is the purity of the product I use. I would be extremely interested in your research into the best brand.
    I love in NZ and there is definitely nowhere to have it tested. I love your posts.😃

    Blue light is also really harsh on your skin. If you're using a PC or laptop, you can go to your computer settings and turn off your blue light permanently. I did this after my eyesight started to deteriorate while working at my computer all day. Now, without the blue light at all, both my eyesight and skin are much healthier. I was also told by my optometrist that we forget to blink while using a computer or phone for texting and that this will give us dry irritated eyes... so remember to blink once in a while too! Great video... looking forward to trying that body blur lotion! :)

    I am from Canada and just ordered the Vit C powder online from Deciem and it is cheaper! How many drops of the hylaronic acid & B5 do you use at a time please? Love watching your videos. Also, do you have a video anywhere on blackhead removal?

    Great products! I know others have wanted a tutorial on how you style your hair. I would love to know how you do your bangs! Mine are like yours, if I straight iron they are too flat, if I let them go natural they are super straight and end up in my eyes. If I try a velcro roller or style with round brush and hair dryer it doesn't hold. You get the picture? :-0 I love the idea of the blue light clip ons!

    Hi schellea, have you heard of pregnenolone? It sounds like MNM Is very similar. I have recently started taking pregnenolone supplements as it stops hot flushes, virginal dryness and other menopause symptoms. It's also great for men because it makes testosterone for them. It's a natural supplement as our bodies make it, but as we get older (after 30 ) it decreases 10mg per year I think? It's a precursor to all hormones and makes any hormone you are lacking. It also protects the brain and helps grow new cells improving memory and cognitive functions . I have only done my own research on it but it sound like the fountain of youth. There's a lot more information on it if you do the research. The only thing that's seems vague is the dose, I took 30mg then 50mg because I didn't see any results and now I'm taking 100mg. The only side effects I could find is if you take to much you can get acne and hair loss, but this is totally reversed when you stop taking it. Also it's not recommend for people who have had sex hormone cancers. But it states that it can protect from prostate, breast and brain cancer. I'm giving it a whirl and have been taking it for 2 weeks at a 100mg I've definitely had more energy. If anyone's interested I'll keep you updated! Thanks for another great video schellea ❤ x x x
